Insurance 
I do not (updated February 2024) participate with any health insurance company as an in-network provider. I am considered to be an out of network service provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance should you wish to seek reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company prior to understand your out of network benefits.

Payment 
Zelle, Venmo, or cash are accepted for payment at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy 
You must notify me at least 24 hours in advance by telephone should you need to cancel your scheduled appointment. If I do not receive your cancellation 24 hours before the session, you will be responsible for paying the cost of the session in full.
